When you purchased your Swinguru license, support and maintenance came along with it for the period of your subscription.

Make sure you stay current and have valid license.

Being current means you have unlimited access to all the latest software features, as well as unlimited support at no additional cost.

In case you need to buy or renew your subscription go to https://www.swinguru.com/shop/

1. Select which subscription package you would like to buy or renew.

2. Proceed to Checkout and Follow the PayPal instructions.

Once Swinguru receives confirmation of payment, Swinguru license will be updated appropriately and your Registration ID will be sent by email.

In order to get remote support

1. Please make sure to have an active internet connection.

2. If not already installed on your desktop, please install TeamViewer here TEAMVIEWER

3. Once it is installed please launch the application and a pop-up will appear with your TeamViewer ID and password.

4. Please provide us those credentials (ID and password) by completing the form below describing your issue and availabilities for remote connection.

5. We will log in and help you as soon as possible, within service hours.
