- • Please make sure to have an active internet connection.
- • If not already installed on your desktop, please install TeamViewer here
- • Once it is installed please launch the application and a pop-up will appear with your TeamViewer ID and password.
- • Please provide us those credentials (ID and password) so that we can log in and help you as soon as possible.
SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION & SUPPORT

When you purchased your Swinguru license, support and maintenance came along with it for the period of your subscription.
Make sure you stay current and have valid license.
Being current means you have unlimited access to all the latest software features, as well as unlimited support at no additional cost.
In case you need to renew your subscription go to http://www.swinguru.com/shop/
1. Select which subscription package you would like to renew.
2. Proceed to Checkout and Follow the PayPal instructions.
Once Swinguru receives confirmation of payment, Swinguru license will be updated appropriately and your Registration ID will be sent by email.
# You may expect up to 48 hours delay from payment till update is effective.
# Purchase of additional software year(s) are added to the current expiration dates.
